Lamole Film
Blending thriller, dark comedy, and surreal live-action, ETERNIA unfolds as a strange and unpredictable descent into a world where absurdity and tension coexist. Dark, bizarre, funny, and unsettling, the film constantly shifts between discomfort and laughter. An unexpected experience where every truth hides a touch of madness.
In a town swept by a wave of inexplicable violence, a detective driven by guilt and the memory of a dead friend investigates a strange drug that seems to alter human will. Absurd and dark forces will try to stop him.
Lonely, paranoid, and distrustful. A former undercover cop who lost everything because of a traumatic case, he now lives isolated from the world. Haunted by dark forces and unable to remember the investigation, Chango only trusts the imaginary figure of his dead friend, Ignacio.
Kind, solitary, and ironic, Ignacio was Chango’s childhood friend and Norma’s brother. After being murdered in the woods near their hometown, Ignacio returns as an imaginary figure, a manifestation of the fragmented memories Chango desperately tries to recover.
A charismatic and beloved figure in the town of Clemencia, Orlando hides a darker side beneath his generous image. As the creator of Eternia, a highly addictive drug, he uses dark rituals learned in his youth to manipulate and control the town.
Egocentric and emotionally distant, Norma is Ignacio’s sister and Chango’s former lover. As she joins Chango in trying to solve her brother’s death, she is forced to confront a harsh truth buried in the past.
Silent, cold, and calculating, Roberto is Orlando’s loyal right hand. As the Oruga Organization grows, he remains a quiet yet essential presence behind its operations.
Every truth has a dose of madness…
To extend ETERNIA’s universe beyond the film, we created a series of key arts capturing its dark, surreal, and darkly humorous tone. These visuals come together in a 360° marketing campaign across physical posters, Instagram and LinkedIn content, websites, and digital assets, building a cohesive identity where the bizarre and the unexpected coexist.
A key element of ETERNIA’s identity, the cinematography by Dani Ortega captures the film’s dark and dramatic essence through a visual language that blends cold and warm tones. The result is a striking balance between thriller and dark comedy, creating an atmosphere that feels unsettling, surreal, and unexpectedly humorous.
Filmed over 5 days across Buenos Aires, ETERNIA came to life through stunning locations in both the city and its suburbs, supported by a talented cast and an outstanding crew. From practical effects and complex setups to long night shoots, the production demanded an intense collaborative effort, all driven by the ambition to create a bold, high-quality cinematic experience.
